Takushi Tsubokawa moved to this town in 2011.
"Mo-Ruerani" screenplay and seven short collections.
When local residents collect production budgets,they shoot started in the spring of 2014 under the direction of Tsubokawa.
Shooting was completed in fall 2018.

The seven stories is based on a real event, existing characters and existing place in this town.
They are independent stories but simultaneously connected each other in every detail.
For example, “a boy who kills jellyfish” in Episode 1 (the story of the aquarium), whose mother appears in Episode 2 (the story of the photo studio).
The heroine of Episode 5 (the story of the science museum) is to move out of the town because of her mother’s remarriage, and the mother appears in Episode 7 (the story of the tree doctor).
Episode 7 is finished with their departure.
A cherry blossom tree in the Episode 2 is cared by an old tree doctor in the Episode 7.
The leading character of Episode 2 appears in every chapters to deliver old photos to their owners, which influences the characters in each chapters.
The main motive of Episode 6 (the story of the steam-locomotive) is the demolition of the science museum and the actual building is to be demolished in 2018.
The main motive of Episode 3 (the story of the port) is a passenger liner which calls at this town’s port once a year.
The shooting of the liner has been completed at the actual opportunity of its calling.
